With equal parts excitement and amazement, I can’t quite believe that the Christmas season is upon us! Somehow this year has totally flown by and I already am staring at my little Christmas note describing what to get for whom. Now, don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love Christmas giving and finding meaningful presents for family and friends. But sometimes, particularly right now abroad, it can be challenging to find just the right thing that feels special and intentional. So, that being said, I wanted to build upon last year’s gift guide to help encourage thoughtful giving that goes beyond just a purchase. If you missed that guide, I highly recommend checking out last year’s post HERE as many of those brands have new products as well. For this year though, each of the 8 companies below not only create wonderful products, but also support children, families, research or ministries in need. Whether you are looking for holiday décor, a special gift or just want to know of amazing brands to support, I hope that the many product offerings available including these 24 gifts that give back will double the joy for you and others this Christmas.

Rahab’s Rope

The first brand I want to highlight is Rahab’s Rope. A brand that seeks to empower women and children in the fight against human trafficking, Rahab’s Rope donates 100% of its profits to assisting those who have been affected by or are at risk of human trafficking throughout India. I first found Rahab’s Rope through a fabulous frame shop and gift boutique in Anderson, SC, Indigo Custom Framing & Artisan Market, and am so glad that I did. From holiday décor, bread warmers and food items to blankets, totes, jewelry and gifts, Rahab’s Rope offers so many beautiful products, it was hard to just highlight three here! Regardless of what you purchase though, you can be confident that each purchase provides hope, encouragement and stability to the artisans in India.

These gifts are perfect for: the holiday decorator, accessory lover and home décor enthusiast

Black Rifle Coffee Company

The next brand to mention is Black Rifle Coffee Company. Started by former U.S. Army Green Beret Evan Hafer, Black Rifle Coffee Company provides rich, high quality coffee, goods and apparel that supports America and those that serve it. With their mission to hire 10,000 veterans, BRCC proceeds help to provide assistance and support to veterans, law enforcement and first responders. Whether you are looking for whole beans, ground coffee or coffee pods, mugs, gear or apparel, Black Rifle Coffee Company has a variety of products that would be fabulous gifts this Christmas to support those that serve and defend our freedoms.

Cuddle & Kind

Have a little one in your family? Give the gift of both a doll and a meal this year through Cuddle & Kind. Since launching in 2015, Cuddle & Kind has been on a mission to create high quality cotton dolls whose proceeds provide meals for children in need. After seeing the critical role that nutrition plays in a child’s development, Cuddle & Kind sought to offer beautiful handmade dolls that also give 5 to 10 meals to hungry children in North America and throughout the world. From bears and llamas to sheep and fawns, each of their dolls, whether small or large, is wonderfully crafted to ensure your little one will love them. Likewise, if you are looking for nursery décor, they also have fabulous little prints to adorn your walls.

These gifts are perfect for: the little one in your life, new (or seasoned!) parents, expectant families

Trades Of Hope

Much like Rahab’s Rope, the products of Trades Of Hope give support, encouragement and opportunities for survivors of human trafficking, women in poverty and struggling mothers. After seeing the harsh reality that many children in orphanages around the world do in fact have parents, founder Gretchen sought to create Trades Of Hope as a movement to empower and employ mothers and parents to be able to provide for their children within the home. With each item of jewelry, bag, home goods or piece of clothing, Trades of Hope gets to tell the story of the artisan behind the piece. Whether you are looking for Christmas décor, jewelry sets, purses, embroidered bag straps or other unique finds, Trades of Hope has beautiful selections that do a world of good.

With this mission, Two Blind Brothers offers blankets, stuffed animals (service dogs), socks, hats, scarves, sunglasses, and other apparel pieces for both men and women. Most every item also has a quote, color or design element added to the piece in braille to reiterate their mission. In addition to shopping for their products, they also have the option to “shop blind” and be surprised with a gift box of mystery items.

Line In The Sand

Lastly, but certainly not least, we have Line In The Sand. As a swimwear and activewear brand made from recycled plastic and organic materials with UPF 50+ qualities, Line In The Sand seeks to offer a new approach to health outside while donating 100% of its profits to ocean and cancer organizations. After winning her battle with leukemia, outdoor lover Lynne Fletcher O’Brien committed to making an impact by creating her own comfortable and flattering line of outdoor wear that also provided protection from the sun while helping the oceans and fighting cancer.
