Porch & Peony wants each of you to feel empowered to change your environment through the ideas and collaborations shared through posts, but are also here for even more tangible help through e design services if the process seems a little too daunting to begin! As a graduate from design school, previous interior design adjunct professor, member of ASID (American Society of Interior Design) and designer with several years of industry experience, I would love to use the knowledge I have gained (and continue to gain through continuing education) to help collaborate with you in creating a vision for your space that you truly love. I believe that design should be accessible to everyone and that no project is too small to make a dramatic impact on the ways that we live each day. E Design is a great option for the busy family, emerging professional or empty nester as each of these design packages offer an affordable design plan for your space that can be tailored to YOU. Varying in scope and inclusions, each E Design package shown can be applied to any space, regardless of size. All selections given through your design plan will be available to purchase on your own, so that you can confidently pull together your space at your own pace. This package includes:

  • Initial 30 Minute Design Phone or Video Consultation
  • Following completion of the Contact Form and Questionnaire, you have the option to be scheduled for a 30-minute phone or video consultation to discuss additional specifics for your project
  • (2) Floorplan / Furniture Layouts For the Room Identified
  • (2) Product Inspiration Boards
  • You will be provided with two inspiration images per product to provide a vision for the items you want to include for each design scheme
  • Mood Board & Color Palette
  • In addition to a Product Inspiration Board, you will be provided with a Mood Board of inspiration images and a Color Palette that will correspond with your project.

All components within this package will be provided to you within 7 to 10 business days of receiving all your starting materials (Contact Form and Questionnaire, Measurements and Photos, Letter of Agreement, Initial Design Consultation).

Would you like to see a sketch of your space including your new design? You can add a 3D sketch rendering to any of the packages above and be provided with a visual component to your project (following your final revision for packages 2 and 3). This add on will provide you with a colorful, 3D perspective of your room complete with furniture, design details and final selections.

Would you just like to talk through design options and walk through ideas? With this scheduled one hour phone or video consultation session you can ask any advice for paint colors, projects, color stories, furniture, finishes, really anything at all! Applicable to any number of rooms, this consultation session is here to answer questions and help provide options for your next steps!

Which package is right for you?

  • You have the bones of your room, but just need a little vision for how to complete it with final details
  • You love hunting for specific pieces at your local shops, but want inspiration for the pieces to look for
  • You are looking for help on how to layout the furniture you already have
  • You want both the design vision and a specific shopping list to implement the plan
  • You would love a layout of your existing pieces and details on exactly what to add to finish your space
  • You are looking for a more involved design process and the ability to tweak your selections
  • You are unsure in the direction you want to go and want several design visions for your space with specific shopping lists to implement either plan

Design renderings are hugely helpful for seeing a space come together! Each design package does include a mockup of key furniture and selections within your space, however if you would like to see all design details with a more completed view, then adding a rendering is a great option!

While each of the design packages provide the most comprehensive design plans to move forward, sometimes it is helpful to just bounce around ideas to take and run with. If you want advice for paint colors, general layouts or have questions about options for multiple rooms, then a design consultation is a wonderful selection. I would love to chat with you!

To Begin:

  • Complete our Client Contact Form and Questionnaire to let me learn more about you and your project.
  • Take measurements of your room following the measuring guide below.
  • Take well-lit photos of your space including all walls and any special features.
  • Take photos and measurements of any existing furniture pieces that you want to incorporate within your design.
  • Send the information above to chloe@porchandpeony.com and I will send you our letter of agreement and Paypal invoice via email.
  • Once I receive the 50% deposit, I will begin working on your project and will contact you to schedule your initial design consultation!

ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICE Details

A 50% deposit is required to begin the project and is due within 7 days of invoice receipt. The final 50% remaining payment is due within 7 days following project completion and final invoice.

I always strive to work within the time considerations laid out for each package but will certainly be in touch if there is a delay.

Should I need any additional information about your space, I will reach out via email to ask for clarification or any other details.

I will do my very best to provide you with design that includes current products, however due to the ever-developing supply chain situation, I cannot guarantee that each product will be in stock at your time of purchase. While any of these designs can be implemented over time and can be changed at your discretion, I do suggest purchasing products as close to the time specified as possible to receive the exact product provided.

Please note that all floorplans and furniture layouts will be created as accurately as possible with the measurements and images provided by the client. Designs for kitchens and bathrooms will be provided in conceptual nature only and will not provide guidance for any structural components.
