If you have been around Porch & Peony very long, you know that I love beautiful paper products, particularly when it comes to creating fun tablescapes and thoughtful hospitality. Mixing in seasonal paper napkins, plates, cups and accessories can add not only a fun flair to your party or gathering, but also can be fabulous for easy hosting. Whether you are looking for easy cleanup, are hosting a crowd bigger than the number of your dinnerware pieces or simply want to easily change between the seasons, attractive paper products can be key. So, with that in mind, where do you find them? I recently was posed this question by someone looking for stylish paper products that would add sophistication to their party, while simultaneously being able to serve a large number of guests. While I love TJ Maxx (or TK Maxx here in Germany) or Home Goods, it can be challenging to find a large number of products in a collection or items that fit the occasion you are hosting. In the season of game day tailgates, fall gatherings, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas parties, I thought it might be fitting to create a little roundup of beautiful paper product brands that provide a variety of products and party packages. Whether you are looking for birthday parties or weddings, holidays or just because, here are 10 stunning paper product brands to transform both the looks and ease of your next gathering.

Coterie

Recognized by Fortune, Refinery 29, Southern Living and many others as a fabulous brand for elevated party goods, Coterie offers a variety of gorgeous, colorful paper products. Regardless of whether you are looking to shop entire party sets, build your own, or just want a few pieces a la carte, Coterie has a lovely selection of plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, tablecloths, décor and much more. If you are looking for styles reminiscent of colorful pottery, bright florals, or festive holidays, this brand is for you.

Sweet Lulu

Here to celebrate life’s sweet moments, both big and small, Sweet Lulu is the perfect celebration shop. Not only does Sweet Lulu carry a variety of paper products and party decorations with a modern twist, but they also carry a mix of gifts, home décor, kids treats and seasonal items. If you are looking to both outfit a party and need gifts, Sweet Lulu just might have it all.

My Mind’s Eye

Dedicated to paper products of all kinds, My Mind’s Eye is great for all your paper good needs from tabletop items and party supplies to stationary and paper crafting. With seasonal collections and timeless options, My Mind’s Eye has got you covered.

EnFete

With the desire to turn your celebration into a treasured occasion, owner Carey Hall began  EnFete to celebrate items both big and small. From balloon garlands and banners to both plastic and paper products, EnFete provides a variety of products with an attractive look.

Sophisti Plate

With beautiful products recognized by Good Housekeeping, Martha Stewart, Bloomberg, Oprah Magazine and others, Sophisti Plate provides timeless paper products for the modern host. Not only does this lovely brand provide paper products, but they also offer personalized charcuterie boards, ceramic goods, gifts and cutlery options. Like Coterie and other brands here, Sophisti Plate provides both celebration packages and a la carte options to make setup easiest for you.

Sprinkle Bash

With a fun modern twist, Sprinkle Bash has options for every occasion. Outfitted not only with the holidays but also with themes ranging from America and the circus to football and superheroes, Sprinkle Bash has an assortment of colorful modern pieces that covers a multitude of parties and get-togethers.

The Pretty Party Box

Slightly different from the rest, The Pretty Party Box is a party store that specializes in party décor guides, charcuterie servings, favors, décor products, signs and rentals.  Whether you are hosting a shower or a wedding, The Pretty Party Box has got you covered for all your unique paper goods needs.

Gatherings by Curated Paperie

A mix between Shop Lulu and My Mind’s Eye, Gatherings by Curated Paperie goes beyond party décor and paper goods by also venturing into the realm of stationery, crafts, and home accessories. Regardless though, their melamine options, paper products and party collections are stylish, classic and beautiful for an assortment of occasions. Gatherings particularly specializes in unique placemats, table runners and add-ons that could mix easily with your traditional serve ware in addition to disposable options.

Beau Coup

As a key player in celebrating life’s big moments, Beau Coup primarily focuses on décor, favors and party materials for occasions like weddings ( including engagements / rehearsal / anniversaries etc.), showers, birthdays, communions and graduations. While Beau Coup does not offer many items for holidays, they have a wide array of gifts, favors and supplies (including paper options) within their shop.

Hester & Cook

Lastly, but certainly not least, Hester & Cook is a fabulous paper product brand to use for transforming your next gathering. Like many of the other brands here, they offer tabletop items as well as gifts, party supplies, kids products, stationary and home décor finds. Hester & Cook has a plethora of beautiful hand drawn paper products in addition to lovely traditional dinnerware and serve ware pieces. Regardless of whether you are looking for paper napkins and placemats or other unique hosting pieces, Hester & Cook is a fabulous company to check out.

Final Thoughts

From holidays to birthdays to milestone parties, celebrating those we love can come in SO many shapes, forms and fashions. I personally have loved using a mix of paper goods to add to my hosting and have found that many times, they even become fun conversation starters. So, I am curious, do you like hosting with paper goods? And if you do, do you have a favorite brand to buy from? I would love to know! If you don’t, perhaps this season is the time to try them out. I am all for china sets and traditional serve ware, but if you feel it’s too much work or you don’t have the right pieces, don’t let that stop you from opening your home, because after all, it’s the fellowship that counts the most. That fellowship can take place over both stunning china sets and sophisticated paper goods, so I hope that whichever way you choose to host, your  celebration becomes one to cherish for years to come.

Happy hosting!

Chloe

Wow! Thanks, Chloe! Glad that I could bring some inspiration! I wish that I had asked you sooner.
I ended up having to go with the option that promised to ship the soonest, but I am still happy with what I ordered. This brand is easier to find around than some others, but it’s a classic to me.

I really love that Partridge in a Pear Tree motif from Hester and Cook! How creative!
Halle would love it, because she loves all things ballet, and aspires to be a “Lilac Fairy” someday.
(It took me a couple seconds to understand what I was looking at, but when I saw the swan and the drummers… yeah. It finally connected. ) And what fun!

Most of my gatherings are buffet style where people wander around and nosh (thank you, Nana) so I do not have the same kind of beautiful table scapes that you and your mom routinely create, but I will try to photograph whatever ends up looking photo worthy!

(When I get to have sit down family dinners, I am just trying to keep Jong’s brother from licking the plates and drinking everyone’s water, so I do not really get to enjoy creating a beautiful table-scape.
I really miss beautiful family meals, and wish that my children could experience them. )

It occurs to me now that white chicken chili might not be the best food to serve buffet style and have people wander around eating…. :-0 I need to figure out how to assemble a lot of eating surfaces!

    Love you!

    1. That’s great to know! It looks like they have a great selection as well. I loved the Hester & Cook motif as well; it’s such a fun spin on a traditional Christmas song. Yes, mingling with soup can be slightly challenging, but perhaps a variety of tables would work well to sit at following going through the line. I am all for buffet style though as it makes things much easier, so I hope it ends up being a fun party!
